Yesterday, Sunday, the Emirates Identity Authority (Emirates ID) organized an expanded workshop for discussing the new strategy of EDIA, reviewing its main initiatives and sharing viewpoints concerning such strategy. The workshop was held at Al Raha Beach Hotel Abu Dhabi with the attendance of executive directors and managers.

The workshop was held at Al Raha Beach Hotel Abu Dhabi with the attendance of executive directors and managers.
His Excellency Dr. Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Vice Chairman of the Higher Management Committee stressed during the opening speech of the Committee the importance of this meeting which provides an opportunity for sharing ideas and listening to various viewpoints related to Emirates ID's new strategy implemented by OC&C Company which is deemed one of the greatest international specialized companies in setting up and developing governmental strategies.
The Vice Chairman of the Higher Management Committee hoped the set up and development of Emirates ID's strategy be finalized soon, where about 80% of its components were completed. He referred to the fact that the strategy's success and its ability to attain the goals contained therein and implement the initiatives it offers is primarily based on the efforts exerted by all departments, centers and sections concerned with executing various initiatives of the strategy.
Throughout about four hours, the workshop witnessed a number of introductory presentations presented by strategy team and representatives of OC&C Company in addition to expanded seminars which addressed sharing ideas and registering appropriate recommendations for developing and upgrading the strategy.
