H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, stressed that Emirates Identity Authority is committed to attracting UAE national cadres to work in its departments, service points and divisions through enhancing cooperation with Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council "ADTC".

A coordination meeting between Emirates ID delegation and ADTC delegation was held in the presence of H.E. Abdullah Saeed Al Darmaki, ADTC General Manager, H.E. Othman Al Khouri, director of support services sector at ADTC and H.E. Nasser Mohamed Al Mazrouei ICT executive director at Emirates ID.

The meeting discussed how to make use of the database available at ADTC which has 13.000 nationals in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Region and the possibility of providing some of them with job opportunities in Emirates ID.

Emirates ID endeavors to raise Emiratization rates amongst its staff in addition to attracting the largest possible number of UAE nationals and providing them with suitable job opportunities. For this purpose, Emirates ID signed an agreement with EIMAS to develop the infrastructure of Population Register and ID Card and to register the people in the service points affiliated to Preventive Medicine Centers throughout the UAE.

On the other hand, ADTC praised Emirates ID keenness on employing UAE nationals in service points and PMCs including managers, supervisors, enrollment staff and customer service staff by providing around 500 opportunities for UAE nationals as per the agreement signed between Emirates ID and EIMAS.

It's noteworthy that Emiratization level in Emirates ID is 97%.
