In its continual endeavor to participate in the international conferences and seminars with the aim of introducing its role and contribution in delivering the best governmental services, Emirate Identity Authority participated in the Seventh International Conference on the Future of Governments 2010 that finalized its events in the Malaysian capital under the title of (building up safe government services).
The conference discussed several main cores in relation to securing the data of the services electronically delivered to beneficiaries, the mechanisms of managing such data properly, in addition to information security, the challenges facing such area and the technologies used therein.
Emirates ID took part by working paper titled (Government Services Focusing on Customers) by Mr. Abdullah Al Kindi, Chief Operating Officer, in which he reviewed the course generally followed by Emirates ID and explained the principle of delivering customer focusing services as well as the difficulties and challenges encountered by the Authority for delivering them.
The working paper reviewed also the future plans set by the Authority to reach the aspired level of service delivery and how to realize the goals that would upgrade customer service.
The conference was attended by H.E Eng. /Nasser Mohammad Al Mazrui, the Executive Director of Communications and Information System.
