The Emirates ID's Higher Management Committee called upon all executive directors and directors of registration of registration to hold regular meetings with the employees of different departments and divisions affiliated to them for the purpose of listening to their problems and identifying any obstacles during performance of their functional roles and working to find the best solutions.
The committee confirmed, during its eleventh meeting held on Wednesday at the Authority's Operation Center, the importance of such meeting in developing performance and upgrading the service level provided for the Authority, whether employees or the public, specially during the next phase of the Authority's move, which will see the implementation of registration strategy.
The Higher Management Committee discussed, during the meeting chaired by His Excellency Dr. Eng. Ali Mohammed AL Khouri, Deputy Chairman, a number of issues and topics presented by executive directors and the appropriate decisions were taken for the same.
